Let me specify that I have had only good experiences at this location until now. I have been a loyal customer of National (executive elite member) and have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude employee. My original booking was for 4PM on July 6 but my flight got cancelled and rebooked so I arrived at 8:30 PM. I went to the emerald club isle and was greeted by someone. Upon our arrival into the Emerald aisle, we were met with a smiling face and a very pleasant young man. Carrel approached us and asked a few questions about our visit to Montreal and what type of vehicle we had in mind. He offered a full size truck for us to use and I politely declined as it was just too big for our needs. I appreciated Carrel trying to upgrade us but I told him make someone else happy driving that big truck.
