Our vehicle had a flat tire and didn't have a spare. The roadside assistance service arranged for the vehicle to be towed, but was completely unable to provide us with a replacement vehicle or any other way to get back to Montreal. We had to take a long-distance bus at our own expense and have received no response from National regarding reimbursement.
Absolutely ridiculous location. Takes 45 min after you get your bags just to get to the location.
We recently rented from National at Montreal’s Trudeau Airport. National was excellent. I always prefer them because of the pick any car and go feature. HOWEVER, the trip from the new garage at P4 and the domestic terminal is egregious. The shuttle only takes you halfway. We have difficulty walking. On the return, I thought I had arranged a golf cart but that was so disorganized we had to give up waiting and walked. Arrived at airline check in sore and exhausted.
