I would not recommend this service provider. I picked up the rental vehicle at approximately 12:30 a.m. Due to the darkness at that time, a small scratch on the vehicle was not visible during the initial inspection. When I returned the vehicle, the representative pointed out the scratch and insisted that I had caused it. He stated that he would need to review the previous five inspection reports and that I would be charged if the damage was not documented.
