Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car rental place. I ordered a mid-sized and they gave me a compact car. We could barely fit our luggage in the car so had to go to another location and switch it at the expense of our time. We were not given anything to compensate for having to go an hour out of our way. National - a Corolla is not a mid-sized car look it up on any website.

Do not use!!. They wouldn't walk the vehicle with me at pick up to inspect it for damage - but asked me to sign off saying there was no damage and said to call back if I found any damage. They said this was policy. When I dropped it off, there was nobody at the desk and instead a sign saying to leave the keys and paperwork. I got a call later saying I had dented the vehicle in 2 places. I provided a video proving this was not true. They provided grainy photos stamped 2 hours after i left it supposedly showing 2 dents.
