Pickup was smooth - wish the rep offered help for the car seat. It took me 30 min to install the seat . Not their fault . If I knew the brand of the car seat they provide I would have seen some tutorials - there were no instructions either just the photo stickers on the seat. Btw the seat was cosco.
Karen and Kevin at the National Express counter are awesome. Friendly and fast. Highly recommend National when travelling to Halifax Airport.

The experience was wonderful great customer service and when I needed to change my drop off and schedule day, they were extremely accommodating and helped me without issue. Will definitely go back to national.
