For most part this company does well. Picking up when you have status is very easy inarger airports. But the smaller ones make you feel like you are a nobody. I know... I'm spoiled. The small airports do not maintain the cars well either. Stained and smells are usually an issue. I rent cars every other week and after looking into the rewards program I noticed that their upper level programs are all but impossible to achieve. Efficient service on delivering the rental. The vehicle is clean and in good condition. Fast return time.
The check out and check in process was smooth and quick. Although the actual National counter was closed, the partner counters we went to were staffed with employees who were very: personable, efficient, and professional. The car was clean, which I appreciated.
