Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience We recently rented a Mustang from National Car Rental in Kona. While the woman at the front desk was helpful and courteous, the rest of our experience was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, we were instructed to hand our rental keys to the valet, who would retrieve and later return the vehicle — with the explanation that the valet service was part of the resort and not affiliated with National. I have rented at this location now twice and have had very positive experiences with both Joshua and Erica. They are wonderful representatives of the National Car Rental company and full of Aloha. The office is small and can get overwhelmed, please be patient, once you get to the counter, they are the kind and will do everything possible to take care of you. Mahalo
