National booth at Smithers, BC airport provides excellent customer service, great vehicles and rates.
First class service. I'm a frequent renter and this place goes out of their way in customer service even though competition is limited in Smithers.
Harsh was friendly at our collection and sucked the questions that I had about it the following day. The only thing that could be improved is a WhatsApp contact number as we were from the uk and only had a mobile data plan. We would definitely use national again
In spite of their App not offering the option, you can rent a pickup truck here, you might just have to wait until you get to Smithers. Unfortunately the App does not offer a Smithers phone number. Kebin was very helpful on site and got me into a pickup truck. The truck had 54,000 km on it with a brake cable hanging down and an old style display that did not accommodate gps mapping. The transaction went easy and fast both renting and returning.
