This was the most HORRIBLE and UNFFAIR experience we ever had with a car rental. We are a couple traveling from Mexico and we really needed to rent a car. At the end WE PAYED 800 dollars FOR TWO days rental. Miss Smith robbed us off. She pretended to be a cool person, didnt tell us many details and at the end we payed even the km we drove which is crazy cause u dont rent a car to park it. Absolutely horrible , terrible service , late for appointment , rented me a car with bald tires , tire blew half way through rental , almost put me and others into an accident on the highway . Then charged my visa for 3k worth of " damages " to their junk car . If your thinking of renting from these complete and utter scam artist, I highly suggest walking before you do!
