We arrived late due to a delay in our flight from Calgary to Ottawa on Friday night. I had booked my car rental for 1 am, but our flight landed at 1:20 AM. When I go to the kiosk, all the other car rental agencies had closed except for Alamo/National. The young man stayed late and helped two other people on my flight who were also in need for a car. We were given a brand new minivan. Excellent quality. Also, we appreciated the helpful gentleman at the Ottawa airport who made sure we knew where to go to get to the departures level after we returned the vehicle.

Ottawa airport location was helpful and quick. Like the fact we could book a one way rental to Pearson airport to drop off. Whole process went without a single issue. New vehicle that was exactly what we requested too.

Great staff for taking the car, great staff to return the car and great car selection. The agency follows up by email and sms for satisfaction and return. Car was new and clean. I have never been disappointed.
