We arrived late on Saturday morning (August 9th) around 1:30am from Calgary and along with a few others we were very relieved that your team stayed open for us (3 kids with us and definitely in overtime) - your desk was the only one open. We arrived late due to a delay in our flight from Calgary to Ottawa on Friday night. I had booked my car rental for 1 am, but our flight landed at 1:20 AM. When I go to the kiosk, all the other car rental agencies had closed except for Alamo/National. The young man stayed late and helped two other people on my flight who were also in need for a car. We were given a brand new minivan. Excellent quality. Also, we appreciated the helpful gentleman at the Ottawa airport who made sure we knew where to go to get to the departures level after we returned the vehicle.

Ottawa airport location was helpful and quick. Like the fact we could book a one way rental to Pearson airport to drop off. Whole process went without a single issue. New vehicle that was exactly what we requested too.
