Easy pick up, desk inside terminal, easy to find. offered upgrades. Super car. Professional staff.
Beware of the rental associates having their front desks being relocated INSIDE the airport. A long-going renovation. Staff were very helpful to work around the renovation confusion and kept me well guided. Great staff and a very convenient airport-rental set up.
I've had the pleasure of dealing with National in YYC, YYZ, GRR, ORD and BNA. Never had a problem, so I'm glad that hasn't changed, haha. Always easy going and friendly staff. Until next time!
Vehicle was great. Staff were excellent.
It was a horrible experience. The staff was arrogant, they charged us almost $100 over the previous agree price and basically told us to go find the vehicle in the parkade. When we did finally find it there was no one around to report any existing damage or assist us . Luckily next time we need to rent a vehicle there will be other companies that I'm sure will be happy to earn our business.
