If you call the customer service number, they tell you that there is a car counter with signs at the airport and if you physically go to the airport, you know that’s not true. if you can avoid it, do not rent a car from this location.
I have reservation for tomorrow, airline change my arrival until 30 min past hours, 6:31 pm, have called all day to desk number on confirmation, no answer, no voicemail, website says they are open, but no one cares, so not sure if I can get car tomorrow or Not
