The best car rental company by far. Amazing service with a great selection of cars to choose.
Had a reservation for 1 and it was completely empty. There was a sign that said to go back into town to enterprise. I called enterprise and they said they had no cars available. Thankfully Avis saved the day and had a car available to rent!
I arrived 30 minutes before my 3:00PM scheduled car rental pick-up time Feb 19th, 2022. Upon arrival at the desk, it quickly became obvious that there were no staff available. After telephoning customer service, I was advised that my best recourse was to cancel my booking (made over a month in advance) as the desk would not have a live body at the counter until 10:00PM that evening.
