Absolutely the Worst Car Rental Experience Ever This was hands down the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived—no one was at the office. Not a single employee in sight. We tried calling customer service multiple times, and of course, no one picked up. I usually have a great experience at this location, but based on how I was treated during my recent interaction, I will have to start renting from another company moving forward. As an Executive Elite member, I am guaranteed a vehicle as long as the reservation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Long wait times, no one picks calls
This is easily the least efficient and the poorest experience I've ever had at a national car rental. The wait times are very long to get a car and oftentimes they have to actually go drive it and pick it up for you rather than just letting you go to the lot. In addition often times the cars are not ready or clean. Today got a car that had garbage in it and the pass to get out of the garage was expired. They do a really poor job of quality control here and I really wish there was an alternative to this national car rental.
