No cars available depsite having one booked, no idea when one would be available. Totally ridiculous. Will never rent here again and don't recommend you do either.
Absolutely the Worst Car Rental Experience Ever This was hands down the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived—no one was at the office. Not a single employee in sight. We tried calling customer service multiple times, and of course, no one picked up. I usually have a great experience at this location, but based on how I was treated during my recent interaction, I will have to start renting from another company moving forward. As an Executive Elite member, I am guaranteed a vehicle as long as the reservation is made at least 24 hours in advance. The morning I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, I received a call from the location manager.
