Very Disappointed and Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. After I returned the vehicle (after-hours), I was informed 3 days later that there was a stone chip on the windshield. The charge was applied without any prior notice or proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. I asked repeatedly for photo evidence or check-in documentation showing the damage, but they admitted they do not take pictures of stone chips. Excellent customer service from Candice! She took time to recommend hikes and places to visit, and all her suggestions were great. Car was new and all as expected based on our booking.

We are currently in the middle of a rental, for my husband, who’s Tire blew out on him on a 12 Hour Dr. from Dawson Creek to Pritchard BC. The only rental place that we could find close to where he was stranded on the side of the road was in Jasper. From the very start when he picked up the car, he was not comforted with the service, or the communication, he was also extremely disappointed that he was limited to 200 km a day on a less than top notch sedan, which seemed unreasonable considering we have rented from national mu... read more
