Would not recommend in any way shape or form. Pickup was ridiculous at the airport and drop off was even worse. Rushed to drop off at the agreed time of 1700 to turn up at 1655 to find nobody there anyway. So i needn't have rushed to get sorted I could have just taken my time and dropped off in the middle of the night as they would have been none the wiser. Very Disappointed and Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. After I returned the vehicle (after-hours), I was informed 3 days later that there was a stone chip on the windshield. The charge was applied without any prior notice or proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. I asked repeatedly for photo evidence or check-in documentation showing the damage, but they admitted they do not take pictures of stone chips. Excellent customer service from Candice! She took time to recommend hikes and places to visit, and all her suggestions were great. Car was new and all as expected based on our booking.
Kat and poonam are great , easy car pickup . Best for car rentals in town . Surely gonna come back . Great customer service.
