My dear friend, Ken, a 70 year old Airforce veteran, rented from the Charleston, WVa National Car Rental. This was his first time renting a car as his was being repaired. National is the only rental that takes check cashing cards as Ken does not use credit cards. He was charged more than he was quoted and never had his $300 down payment returned to him! I always like renting from National because the pick up and turn in process is quick and, to date, I have not had any trouble with the cars they give me.
Great customer service and really nice car for the price.
