I switched from a competitor at the end of 2024, beginning of 2025, and I have rented 8+ times this year at National Rental Car in Yeager Airport. The Staff is Outstanding!! I've worked with several different members of the staff, and they all are so accommodating, nice, and pleasant to talk with about really anything. If you are in Charlie West and need a rental car, National Yeager is the place! They have earned my Business

My dear friend, Ken, a 70 year old Airforce veteran, rented from the Charleston, WVa National Car Rental. This was his first time renting a car as his was being repaired. National is the only rental that takes check cashing cards as Ken does not use credit cards. He was charged more than he was quoted and never had his $300 down payment returned to him!
