Reserved a car. Flight was delayed coming in. Received an email at 8:06 pm that stated that corporate policy was to not wait more than 30 minutes past closing for delayed flights. My flight arrived at 8:30pm. Was forced to take 3 Ubers in order to get to where I needed and back to airport. Sent several emails and no response. Waited weeks for management to respond and they told me that due to the fact my flight was “diverted” there was nothing they can do.
