I am not sure if these reviews are seen by managers in these actual locations or not but just in case I would like to give a shout out to Kim at the ECP location! I am a local who rents from this location for work and often the lines are rediculous for our small airport and never the less Kim always has a smile on her face and always manages to put me in the right rental even though I am not able to go out and choose my own vehicle like at larger airports. Too expensive!
The counter agent, Sabina was amazing! Very friendly and helpful to me. I had a free upgrade that I wasn't aware of and she hooked me up. When returning my rental at 5:30am, I was greeted by a smiling employee that was very helpful! Overall a great experience!
