Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Service was fast and friendly.
I had to change rental locations due to airline cancellations and National made it easy to change - and a good car for the extra trip that had to be made. While the rental price obviously went up since I was dropping off at a different location, the agents in both places were helpful and friendly. The agent at the return location even remembered my name and the fact that I didn't rent the car there as was expected. Very friendly!!
Friendly, personal, fast experience.
They were a little short on cars and staff but still made it a great experience. The counter person was overwhelmed you could tell but still very friendly and took great care of me.
