Wonderful staff very helpful great vehicle
I was incorrectly charged for 2 things that I asked not to be charged for. I opted to not do the prepaid fuel and on my receipt, I was charged for it. I explicitly asked to not have prepaid fuel and they charged me for it anyway. I also returned the car with a full tank of gas, because I asked to not be charged for prepaid fuel. Why would I do this if I paid for the fuel option? Secondly, I wanted to add another driver and I asked the man at the desk if a fee was associated with that. Was late picking up a Nissan rouge got downgraded to a Nissan kicks
All employees we had contact with at National Rental Car at Clearwater St. Pete airport were very courteous. Husband has rollator and we had suitcases so each employee was helpful with us moving those items.
We had a very positive experience renting a car from National. We will definitely use them again in the future!
