Bad attitude of employees and supervisor. I do not recommend this place.
I like National but this particular location is awful. Came on business here just to find out at the counter that they were "out of cars", although my car was booked a month in advance. If you are care rental company and you don't have cars then close the business.
I love National! Their employees are the best and the car was spotless!

You would think in an area like this with chances of snowstorms, this place would have only AWD or 4x4s. You would be wrong. So, if you're on the last arrival, I would book it to the counter, get your check-in afterwards. I picked up their only 4x4 that night out of three available vehicles. I felt bad for the last two reservations when I had to drive out of the icy parking lot. If this wasn't business travel, I would have cancelled my reservation and found another that had more AWD to choose from.
