I picked up in one location and dropped off in another state. The staff was great in both locations and the process was simple. I recommend getting the Emerald membership. It's free but makes it simpler to get everything done.

Staff was nice, but the rental car wasn't at all. Lots of issues from Marijuana smell and bad tire on back driver side, definitely was a uncomfortable and rough ride driving a Chevy Malibu. This is not a great look for the company. When renting a vehicle from any car rental place. The rental has to be 100% accurate from the inside out.

Vehicle was not in good condition prior to me renting. Older Nissan sedan with 56K on the odometer which was a major concern.Tires were about 2/ 32 and would not have passed inspection. Very noisy ride and terrible ride quality. No other vehicles were available except a large Ram truck which did not suit my needs. I have rented from National before in other airports with favorable reviews however, this was the worst experience.

Marcus went out of his way to help me, going over and above to assure I was taken care of. I am a frequent customer of National/Enterprise, renting cars all over the United States and this location, I received some of the best customer service. I am shocked to read others had a bad experience because all of my interactions here have been great!
