BEN TOUSEY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US WITH OUR RENTAL. HE EXPLAINED THE CAR TO US AND WAS VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE ENTERPRISE OR NATIONAL AGAIN.
I rented our vehicle for a family trip to NC on my union website, which directed us to RFD. I have not had good experiences with rentals in the past, so I was a little nervous as to how this would go. Other than finding the rental desk, because we didn't realize it was inside the airport, this turned out to be a very pleasant experience thanks to Stephanie. We rented an SUV on Thanksgiving and saw that there was a Winter snowstorm coming on Saturday. We asked if it was possible too upgrade to an all-wheel-drive vehicle which they did at no additional charge.
RFD Airport: If you're National Emerald Aisle forget it! We waited in line about ½ hour to get waited on. The Avis line was much quicker and the staff there appeared more friendly.
