Horrible. Emerald member here... Reserved rental with the National app, called and confirmed before Uber'ing from O'Hare. Got to the desk, no cars. Left high and dry in Rockford Illinois at their little airport. You should not count on this location, even with multiple confirmations.
I've been using this company's services for ages, and I've never run into any issues. Everything has always gone so smoothly here. Plus, the prices are great, and they're always upfront about everything - no hidden fees or surprises!
