RFD Airport: If you're National Emerald Aisle forget it! We waited in line about ½ hour to get waited on. The Avis line was much quicker and the staff there appeared more friendly.
The Chicago Rockford international, National Car RENTAL team is the best I’ve encountered. I will go back to National every time.

I would like to acknowledge Ryan and his team for being so kind, attentive, and patient. I have always had a pleasant experience whenever I rent a vehicle from this location, which is quite often. They always go over and beyond to make my experience great. If there is some kind of reward program that you all have, they need to be given one for their outstanding customer service.
