Easy to pick up and drop off. The car was very clean and the staff we worked with were thorough and efficient!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with National Car Rental. I reserved a car in advance (Reservation #1671981210), only to arrive at the airport and find that no cars were available. When I contacted the 800 number, I was informed that there were no vehicles to rent despite my confirmed reservation. This last-minute issue forced me to rent from Hertz at three times the cost. Vehicle was ready to go on arrival. Very nice, clean, reliable and in perfect working order. Had some bad weather, but didn't have to worry about the vehicle letting me down.
