My son and I were in town for work and baseball. My office books my travel and they chose National. The process was very easy. Upon arrival, the gentleman said that any vehicle with the trunk / hatch open was available to take. My son chose the Jeep Wrangler. I had never driven a Wrangler and to my surprise it was very enjoyable to drive for the 3 days that we were in town. I would definitely use National at TPA again and would prefer to get a Wrangler if there are any available. The people at National at TPA were very nice ... read more
Very easy to make on-line reservation and then select a vehicle in the Emerald Isle. Great customer service checking in and out. Fair pricing. No reason to rent an vehicle elsewhere!
Phenomenal customer service. Had a jeep top leaking issue and they handled it better than I could have hoped for
