wouldn’t recommend anyone renting from them .. the white younger guy and the Hispanic guy were very rude when my mother in law & I went to pick up our reservations. my mother in law had both in her name but I was an authorized driver on one of them and the Hispanic guy bushed us off and told me “ I should’ve made my own reservation if I needed a rental that bad “ mind you I have a 2024 ; I just rather not put many miles on it if I can help it.
National has been my go to when possible, love the Emerald Aisle process, good car selection, and perks such as reward days for regular use!

I rent from the National Car Rental at the Columbia Airport every week due to limited Sunday rental options, and most experiences are fine but interactions with one employee, Adrienne, have been consistently unprofessional. During a previous visit, she was rude to me regarding a luxury vehicle selection, which I reported to management.
