EAU (Chippewa) is a very small airport. The staff at the National counter were definitely "big city" professional, friendly, and efficient!

Pleasant agent, car as expected, can't ask for anything more.
My first experience with National Car Rental was good but not great. The customer service was solid (although they did not mention their cleaning routine). When I got to the car it smelled badly (smoke, urine or weed or a combo of all) and there were stains on the passenger seat. During Covid I feel it is even more important that everything is sanitized and smells clean. National disappointed me and I got the sense they're not taking customer safety seriously.
