Friendly and effective with clean and reliable cars.
Worst experience ever with a Rental Car. Picked up the car and drover to my hotel. Next morning, I dove to the local Child Care center to do some IT repairs. Got out of the car , turned around to grab my coffee out of the center console cup holder and found a loaded hand gun partially visible from under the console. Called the police and they came and confiscated the gun. This could have gone wrong so many ways. It is ovious that the car was not cleaned and checked before renting it to me.
