SLOW and unhelpful counter staff. Long line took forever when I already had a reservation because the woman refused to wait on people because she “had other things to do” she said. The only guy assigning cars was very helpful. Shouldn’t take 20 mins to pickup a car though.
Best car rental experience ever in Asheville, NC. Super smooth check-out and return, friendly staff, great variety of car choices (Nissan Rogue with 1 mile on odometer). Except for the somewhat ridiculous amount of state taxes imposed, zero complaints.
The car I rented interior smelled of cigarette smoke. BOO
