The National Car Rental desk stayed open past midnight on my flight into Asheville to accommodate a delayed arrival, that was great customer service, and my return check out at the airport upon departure was easy and speedy.
Ray was very friendly, ask what type of car I wanted and find exactly what I needed, car was very clean and had no issues.
I just a really easy and friendly experience with the staff at AVL! Travel can be stressful and it was nice to have a nice easy transition in and out of the rental car.
National doesn't care how long a customer has to wait in line to get a car. I'll be using a better rental car company in the future.
