I had a terrible experience with National Car Rental at Akron airport. I had a confirmed reservation, arrived on time, and found the location closed early with no notice, no call, and no alternative instructions. I was stranded without a rental car, which completely disrupted my plans. Always has a good selection for choosing my ride. It's a simple process every time.
Terrible location. Aubrey, the manager is subpar, rude, treats customers terribly. I am a National loyalty member, executive elite (the highest level). They left me on a Sunday evening without a car. They closed the branch early despite my flight info attached to my reservation. My flight was only 25 minutes late. Then the next day, Aubrey refused to exchange my car and honor my reservation.
