I was with Avis for 18 years, but over the last year their customer service has been terrible — late receipts, dirty cars when I picked up rentals, gas tanks not topped off, etc. I switched to National about two months ago and have been completely happy with the positive customer service and clean cars. Thank you-

We needed an upgrade since my mom is frail and had to use a walker, plus our original rental was loaded with gear. Instead of unloading it and then transporting it to the new car. They arranged to bring the replacement to the main terminal that made for an easy transfer of mom and all the luggage. Took extra effort from the staff and broke with their typical workflow, but was exactly the service we needed and is gettering rarer, these days. Keep up the good work!

Jena is the kind of employee every customer-facing company hopes to have. I rented a car here and have plenty of times. Again I had the pleasure of being in the service line that Leslie was in. There were two agents her and another. Leslie finished up with the customer in front of me then I proceeded next. She never greeted me so I waited patiently for her to finish her duties. In that process the agent next to her finish with her customer and came to Leslie’s side to put something up and she greeted me.
