Best car rental experience. Fast and efficient pick up and drop off, plus great customer service.
Your staff needs to be retrained on answering phone calls. I’ve called multiple times today and yesterday and nobody answers the phone. I’m not even left with an option to leave a voicemail like at George Bush International. This is completely ridiculous. They just hang up on me when nobody picks up after 3 tries. They gave us a defective vehicle missing the plastic shield that protects the engine underneath the passenger side. Only discovered this issue after taking it to a mechanic for a *different issue*: the shield on the driver side was loose and was making an audible tapping against the underside of the car. Drove around with this unsafe vehicle for an entire week, and they did not have the capability to get another vehicle out to us to exchange.
