I didn't know where the counter was. I asked the delta check in people and they cant direct me either. I had to call the free shuttle # and they had told me go to the baggage area. I had walk back and forth my car like 10x times trying to find the rental counter.

The staff at this National Car Rental branch was excellent, and the car was clean. However, be aware that no walk-around inspection is performed at drop-off. It may be several hours later - while the vehicle was sitting on their lot - before their check-in walk-around is performed. Should their team allege any damages, you will not be there to dispute them or even prove that they occurred outside of your lease period.

The type vehicle we had requested several weeks in advance was not available when needed. We had checked on this issue at least 6 times previous to departure. The registration was expired which made us divert to an airport to rectify. There we spent about 1.5 hrs, finally getting a different vehicle. Not the best service or experience we had hoped for.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Due to a glitch in their system, my reservation was cancelled and instead of helping to make it right for me and my family they did nothing. Tay was rude, two other workers stood by and watched. Awful experience and I encourage everyone to go to Avis instead!!
