Picking up the rental, Jarvis was extremely helpful. I was greeted with a smile and thanked for being an Emerald member. She took the time to tell me the vehicles that were ready and where they were parked. Her customer service skills was excellent.

When Avis next door was being difficult, Sarah at National was very quick to help us troubleshoot and was very easy going to professional. On my dad of return, Teresa was very warm and kind. National saved us in a pinch, and was pleasant and professional along the way!
