Reserved my car over a week ago. I arrived on time but no car was available. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes while they cleaned a car. Also, had a 15 minute wait at the check-out counter. I am not sure why they haven't automated the check-in process like other National Rental locations have. If you schedule in advance, I feel they should have the keys ready when you arrive - especially if you rent from the same location multiple times per month. They need to update their technology.
