Not happy with the service, I rented a white gmc for a long travel, my sinuses didn’t work that day, my wife told me the truck smelled like pot, after I dropped off the truck I called customer service, since counter never answered that Monday, I was told because that because the inconvenience I would be given a discount, I said , ok, I was charged over the estimate, then I sent my wife to pick up my prescription glasses they( at the counter) had rude attitude towards my wife that’s not cool.

Despite the airport being open, this location was not operating during evening flight hours. I had to return the next morning. Ultimately, my reservation was not honored. As an Executive Elite member, I expected some level of assistance or flexibility, but the staff said they couldn’t do anything. Customer service did not feel like a priority. I then had to rent a vehicle from Hertz next door, which was able to accommodate me without issue.
