As an Executive Elite (Wayne) client, WE ARE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of customer service and inability to reach ANYONE concerning our truck keys left in our rental. We have tried visiting the location, filling out a form, sent a family member over to retrieve them, called over 10times and YET not one callback. This event happened on 11/28 and it is now DEC 9TH. NOW WHAT?
I hate to leave this review as an Executive Emerald Club Member, but the location overcharged me by a day on my rental. After turning it in I emailed with one of the location managers, Lauren (also copied on the email were Sayeed, Kyle, and Jeremy) who said she would reverse the charge if I sent her my rental contract info. I did so and since then weeks later I have heard nothing from them. I've sent 2 follow up emails as well and have heard nothing.
