Called National to see if I could drop car by my hotel instead of airport. They said no problem called me back with confirmation. The next day they billed me a drop fee. Nobody told me there was a drop fee let alone $500. Nobody.
Friendliest and nicest group of office staff ever. Always helpful, going out of their way to help you with vehicles and flawless service.
National/Enterprise needs to correct the open hours on Google and delete the 972 number that is disconnected. This location is NOT open on Sunday but according to the door is open Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. I like the company, just not happy to have spent 60 minutes driving to a closed office.
