First off, everybody who works at this location goes above and beyond to be sure your your experience is exceptional! I rent from here at least once a week and I'm always left completely satisfied. I usually deal with Justin and my rentals are always clean and ready to go. If they don't have the size car that I've reserved they never let me down in getting me something even better!! Update: the vibe here has changed completely since my last review 3 years ago. I get the sense that they cleaned house and hired good people. Staff was great for my rental in August especially Dennis. This place knows they have a captive audience because of all the crashes in the Publix parking lot so they do a lot business for a small place I’m guessing. The management has no idea how to treat customers. Tried to charge me $600 to clean out dog hair. I explained that my house was flooded in the hurricane and I had to bring ... read more
