Update: the vibe here has changed completely since my last review 3 years ago. I get the sense that they cleaned house and hired good people. Staff was great for my rental in August especially Dennis. This place knows they have a captive audience because of all the crashes in the Publix parking lot so they do a lot business for a small place I’m guessing. The staff at National was so helpful and efficient. I rented a great car at a good price, and even though I had to make changes to my reservation, it was never a problem. Great experience.
Easy to book online. Good vehicle selection. Friendly staff. Little to no wait for pick up and return. Convenient location. Good communication to confirm reservation.
