Best rental car experience I’ve ever had. I was out the door in 10 minutes
I reserved a full-size car, but was given an immediate car instead. They would not change the rate and said they were doing me a favor by not charging me more for a smaller car. I was told a manager would call me to make it right a few days ago and have heard nothing. The smaller car was fine but I was overcharged
This was my second time renting, the first time I got a flat tire while my son was dropping his rental off. We were there and I went in and talk to someone at the counter, just like that I had a new rental car in speedy time. We were able to go on our day with no delay. Very pleased with National. I will be renting from you in the future.
