The young lady working on Saturday, April 19 was such a delight: friendly, efficient, personable. Wonderful customer service!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was ready when we arrived at the airport. Also the vehicle was more than we expected, it being a 2025 Dodge Ram with four wheel drive, Again the staff at the airport were very helpful and I would recommend National Car Rental anytime.
This is my go to rental car location in Flagstaff! These folks are amazing, kind and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your rental experience! Enter at the far end of the airport near baggage claim! Hours are also very convenient! Plan ahead, they are busy and may run out of vehicles! Lexus, Rylie and John are exceptionally kind, every time, thank you so very much!
