Very nice experience. Rental and return were very easy. Vehicle was what I requested. Very clean. Counter person was very nice. Rented at the Charlottesville, Virginia airport location.
good service!
Had a reservation but when I showed up I was informed they were out of cars. No call, no email. Stuff happens but the moment you know you can’t honor a res you need to reach out and inform those impacted. I’m now wasting critical time trying to make other arrangements.
Brendan at SYR is the absolute best and makes every rental an amazing experience! I spend a lot of time on the road but SYR staff is one of my favs!
I love renting from National. The booking process is fast and easy, the cars are always in great shape, and the staff is very friendly and helpful no matter what location you are at in the US!
