Extremely polite and pleasant employees both when I first got the car and when I turned it in at Charlottesville airport. Great job to the team there!!!
I chose National because they were clear about their Afterhours drop off policy, and had a much better selection then other companies.
Terrible experience. There was no attendant at the National rental car desk at the airpot at pick up. Had to wait in excess of 30 minutes before someone arrived so that I could pick up the rental car. Terrible
