I would say that things have declined since Garrett and Ryan left. There have been minor issues with the pickup and drop-off experiences. Additionally, the change in management is evident in the team's attitude and the condition of the vehicles. I have paused visiting this location unless absolutely necessary. Over the past few quarters, it has dropped from my top choice to merely a "may as well" option.
Shoutout to two individuals specifically, Garrett and Ryan, for consistent pickup and drop-off experiences.
Rented many cars in past past, this was the first with National. Much easier process than competitors. Easy out, easy return, better price, great vehicle, good customer service. My next rental will be with National.
Edit - they took the charge away today They charged me $54 for gas after I returned the car at the correct level, furthermore without any notice!
