great customer service’s
Rented a Jeep Wagoneer L from Idaho Falls airport. From the pickup service desk, (Alexis was great) to the return, everything was perfect. We had 5 guys with ski equipment and there was plenty of room as my sales associate (Liz) had suggested. Vehicle handled all the weather thrown at us. Overall great experience and I highly recommend National Car Rental.
Great customer service and rental experience. They have a good selection of vehicles. Nathan went above and beyond. Would highly recommend National.
Attempted to reach their customer service three time regarding a billing issue. Never received a call back. Was charged for mileage even though we booked an unlimited mileage car.
Just dropped off my rental and Kendrick helped me at the desk. Give this guy a raise! He was super friendly and helpful.
