F-150 XLT free upgrade can't beat that!
If o could give it zero stars I would. Executive Elite status (which just means I travel a lot), booked a reservation well in advance for 8am pickup. From the minute they opened until 9am, they had ZERO cars. I need the car to get to important customer meeting and they failed. I tried to reserve at airport and pay the Uber to their and they only. Made reservations, 10 minutes before my flight departure they text saying they cant fulfill my reservation leaving me stranded upon arrival. Wouldn't answer the phone so I had to hitch a ride to driver there and they basically told me to kick rocks. Dont recommended, GO TO SIXT INSTEAD.
My husband reserved a rental car online, however, just three hours before the scheduled pickup time, he received a text stating that no vehicles were available. Notifying customers on the day of pickup - especially so close to the scheduled time - is unacceptable. Communication throughout this process has been poor, and there has been no meaningful effort to assist or offer a resolution.
Second time stranded here with no vehicles and no notification after reserving weeks in advance. The staff could care less. Never again.
