We arrived at the PBI location to pick up the rental that we had reserved several weeks prior. When we arrived, my wife presented the staff with an email indicating that we had a complementary upgrade and told them that we wanted to redeem the upgrade. We were told that since the upgrade was awarded by a different location it was only valid at that location (FLL). Left me stranded and closed after my flight landed. AFTER calling twice to let them know my flight was delayed. Was told on both occasions they would stay open until 2am. Landed at midnight and the shuttle never came. Called customer service and was told they were still open. 45 minutes later customer service stopped answering the phone. Shuttle never came. Emerald Club status didn’t meant sh…..
