Yet again I arrive at PBI to find that national has very little choice of vehicles. I'm an Executive Elite and have found that if I reserve the aisle they have very little available so this time I reserved what I needed a Full size SUV and guess what I arrive and they don't have any available. Then I'm sent over to Alamo to take the only Ford Expedition they have available which is old banged up and rickety. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance they love to disappoint.
I had issues with the previous rental. I told the attendant when i turned in the vehicle. He then brought it to the managers attention. The manager very quickly responded to me and wanted to do whatever it took to make it right. I was well taken care of and had a very good experience the following rental and was very happy. I will continue to do business with National and would recommend them in a heart beat! Thank you all for your excellent service.
