The National teams are always the best!
From check-in to drop-off, National Car Rental made it easy. Anthony at the front counter set the tone…professional, friendly, and fast. He got us into a Jeep Renegade that was clean, comfortable, and fun to drive. We especially appreciated the option to return the fuel on empty…no last-minute gas-station scramble. My wife and I genuinely enjoyed the vehicle and the whole rental experience. We’ll be choosing National again.
I always use National. Staff is friendly, and as an executive member, I usually receive a nice upgrade. I appreciate this. This location has no Emerald Isle but they will tell you what’s available and you can simply pick your car. National is simply a step above the others. A previous review complained about not being able to get their car out due to returns, and yes, this has also happened to me but it’s a small airport and a small lot. People need to be patient.
