Decent car at a good price for business travel. The KUNV team does a great job!
As an Emerald Club Executive Elite member, or any customer, I would expect to be treated with respect. I am in town and my personal vehicle broke down. I booked a vehicle through the app. Spent $45.00 for an Uber to get to the airport. I was told by the gentleman at the counter that there were no cars available even though it confirmed in the app. This is no way to treat a customer- basically saying oh well.
