Holden at the Cleveland Hopkins location was amazing to work with
Car rental companies have notoriously bad customer service but the staff and manager at this office even failed to meet that low bar. My wife had booked a one way midsize SUV eight MONTHS in advance. At pick up, we were told that the vehicle class we had booked was unavailable and we could only get a compact car. We tried to explain that our luggages would not fit in the car and we’d be willing to pay for an upgrade if that’s what it takes to get what we had a confirmed booking for.
