Filthy car, Windows inside and out. Had to take it to the car wash. No windshield washer fluid !! Had to stop at 3 service stations to wash the windshield coming down mountain roads. All of the employees were very friendy. 908-7
My flight was delayed on 8/21, and it had already been a difficult travel day. When I finally arrived at the airport and went to National to pick up my reserved vehicle, I was shocked to find the location completely closed. There was no courtesy text, email, or phone call to notify me that the branch would be closing, nor was there any communication offering alternatives for customers with confirmed reservations.
