I arrived extremely late due to weather delays with my flight, literally only 3 minutes before your stated closing time at MYR airport. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and understanding, staying late for me to get a nice car. After helping me I went to the vehicle and realized that the gas was only 1/2 full, he still was there ready to help me switch to another vehicle, a nicer one than the previous!! I left my phone in the back of the car , they were very friendly called the clean up guys, found it , had it brought back up , no hassle, very nice and friendly and helpful
Great customer service, very fast checkin and my only disappointment was the tiny Chevy SUV I drove which I believe was a Trail Blazer. I would have preferred almost anything else.
The man at The guy at front was very helpful patient and understanding. He assisted me with what size I may need for my grandmother wheelchair. Everything went smoothly. The young lady was outside was very patient in helping me find my vehicle outside. I am grateful for wonderful experience I had. Thank you
