I had a great experience at this small National location this summer. I was able to quickly pickup the keys immediately upon my flight’s arrival. As a National Executive Elite member, I was upgrade to a brand new vehicle. “After hours” drop off when I returned the vehicle was quick and efficient.
Small station with a team that far exceeds any large National location. Team is professional and friendly.We will use this location in the future.
A completely rude and incompetent operation. No car available for my reservation that was made 9 months earlier. Had to wait 90 minutes for a car. Counter unmanned for the return at 11:00 am on a Friday. I will never rent from Nation again. When the counter worker finally arrived he tried to bribe me with a discounted rate if I would give a good review. You can’t make this stuff up. Unprofessional, unethical and incompetent operation. Could not give a zero star sadly.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with this location by phone since Monday without any luck. I’ve left multiple voicemails but haven’t received a response and I haven’t been able to reach anyone. My reservation is scheduled for Friday and I urgently need to speak with a representative. I’m posting this in hopes that someone from the team will see it and reach out to me as soon as possible. I haven’t been able to find any alternative contact information for this location. Please get in touch at your earliest convenience.
