I have rented from National for over 10+ years due to its association with my company, but I have only rented at airports. My first experience as an Emerald Club member at a non-airport location was disappointing. Went with Enterprise the next time and was much happier.
Not so good and not so bad, just make sure you review the final invoice before leave the premises, lesson learned for gas fuel - filled the full gas in shell across this place & they sneak in the charges since now is online billing.. u realize it when u get a credit card charges notification and review the invoice in your email.
I am so happy that National is available at the Dublin/Pleasanton location. National makes renting cars such a seamless experience and I have relied on your company for years while traveling for business. Pickup and return are consistently easy and efficient at airport locations and this location delivers the same great experience even though it’s not an airport. That level of consistency really stands out. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!!
