very unhappy and unpleased with National. Previously used Hertz way much better never got ripped off. National rental initially mentioned the rate as 35 but charged 78 per day plus insurance which i had declined. Due to no electricity during pickup at the Seattle airport they filled a written agreement instead of a computerized one . They never mentioned the rate in the agreement written and as I never checked I ended up getting charged a different price than what was discussed. Very efficient operation, friendly agents at the checkout lane. Nice selection of cars and it smelled nice as they almost always do. Been with National for years - wouldn't switch!
For this Emerald Club member, the rental at Seatac was very smooth, there was a good selection of cars. Our car in particular was practically brand new.
Everything was great with my car rental from National Rental Car at Seatac airport. The car was ready as soon as I got there and turn in went very smoothly even though there were alot of people turning in cars at the same time as me.
Out on the road with car in the matter of minutes. Quick, clean, efficient.
Quick and efficent service, cars are in good condition...the only challange is that the executive class too offers the base models
