Super freundlich
Provided my flight info on the reservation and arrived with them telling me they oversold and are out of cars...this is the most ridiculous situation I've been in. Had to book a hotel nearby but was told they don't know when they'll have cars...what is the point of making a reservation with flight info if you guys are just going to treated it like it doesn't exist...
They upgraded my car for an sub without asking for one.
