Staff members were polite + courteous. The car was clean. Electric door open + close features did not work in extreme cold. Chrysler Pacifica.
Excellent customer service. Fair pricing and good cars to select from. Always convenient quick and easy to get a car I like. The app is very user-friendly.
Worst experience in 20 years with National (owned by Enterprise and sister with Alamo). Reserved vehicle 3 months in advance. Had a flat tire and no spare provided. Call service and they did not log or dispatch for the first call. Called second time before they sent a tow. Then had to Uber all the way back to the airport to try and get a replacement car.
