They upgraded my car for an sub without asking for one.
Waiting for an attendant was slow, and they pushed us toward a vehicle that wasn't as nice as our reservation (thankfully didn't keep pushing when we declined). Renters also beat up the cars here (not National's fault). All rentals are conveniently attached to the terminal.
Fast friendly staff. I love being an Emerald Member and picking my own ride.
Great service and ease of use make National my go too rental car service. Emerald Isle is great for free upgrades, pick your vehicle and drive away.
