Terrible return experience. Incredibly confusing, no signage, right in the middle of a busy part of Boston. Phone call does absolutely nothing. You must pull in to the Revere Hotel, which is a bit hidden.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT A CONFUSING RETURN, LISTEN UP. I rented one way and my return was to this location. Yes, they ended up taking the car. National/Enterprise does not have it together. 1. The 200 Stuart St. Location, despite being the listed return address, does not ave National. But National/Enterprise is the same company. You MAY be able to return your car here. It's now just a Enterprise. No longer taking reservations for National. The Enterprise guys were very helpful, however.
