Do not trust your reservations with this location (airport / 3rd street Enterprise). Four separate times now I have booked here and had them call me the day before and say they have no cars. This has never happened to me in hundreds of bookings at other locations. Its been going on for a couple of years so I see no reason to believe they have any intentions of fixing thier systems.
Never any availability online says available but when calling they never have anything
Rented through the app and picked up the car at the airport. My travel plans changed, so I needed to drop it off at a different airport even though the contact was for drop off at the same location. I contacted National, and they took care of making the change with no charges.
