Always enjoy the National team in Newark, car selection is great and always clean. this trip I left my phone in my car and was on the way back to airport when I realized it and one of the guys there had it waiting for me to come back. He pulled it out and said "Is this your's" with a big grin and before I even got close enough to talk to him. Nice people and will be back.
I love being in the Emerald Club. Just pick a car and go. I returned a little short on gas and they marked it as full. Thank You so much National. For sure the best rental car company.

I had a fantastic experience with the Albany Airport National Car Rental while both renting the vehicle and checking it back in. It was a very seamless process without the normal upgrade and extra add on sales pitches you get with most other rental places. My number one choice for car rentals. Thank You!
First time using National. Emerald member. Was given luxury to upgrade to Executive when booked Aisle car, only to have Engine warning for lack of coolant in vehicle. Had to trade out vehicle at 11:00pm at Miami International Airport. Compensation for my troubles was appreciated, but lucky vehicle issues happened during off-hours, albeit at 11:00pm.
I frequently travel on business to Detroit and find the team at National to be professional and always welcoming. The bus drivers always help me with my bag and staff at the Emerald Aisle greets me like a long-lost friend. That means a lot when you are away from home and family.
I've been a National Emerald renter for 5 years now and love the quick, seamless, pleasant experience from getting off my flight to driving away from the airport. The only time I rent anywhere else is when I arrive somewhere overseas and all the National vehicles are taken. :)
I normally rent from this location once a month or more for business purposes. Always excellent customer service!
