We had the worst experience we ever had with a rental company at this location. We reserved a car for three weeks, we checked in online and it said everything was good and that we were ready to pick it up. When we got there to pick it up, a notification popped up that we were on a „no rent“ list, even though we have never rented through National before. Awesome experience, employees were personable, attentive, to my needs, didn't push things I didn't need.
Everything was great. I had no problems. Customerservice was amazing. I would definitely rent a car from here again and tell family and friends about it. There are no hidden fees or contracts. Everything is given to you upfront.
