Renting a car at the Naples airport was easy and Austin was very polite, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. Drop off was easy even with the construction that is going on. Highly recommend National and I use them for all my travel needs.
The National Agent at the Naples airport was very professional, courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend.
Austin McDuffie was wonderful and assisted me with a car at the Naples Airport. Austin talked me off the ledge after I was told by an Avis representative that a car rental I booked was not available. They were out of cars, nothing they could do about it and sorry. I walked over to National and Austin stepped up to the plate and was wonderful
