Austin McDuffie was wonderful and assisted me with a car at the Naples Airport. Austin talked me off the ledge after I was told by an Avis representative that a car rental I booked was not available. They were out of cars, nothing they could do about it and sorry. I walked over to National and Austin stepped up to the plate and was wonderful

National was very disrespectful of my time, they assigned vehicles to customers who arrived at the counter well after I had.
