I've had many good experiences with National. Friendly, helpful staff that go out of their way to assist. This time it was pouring rain and instead of having to walk through it, the staff drove us to the terminal and drove our return back to the lot. THAT is client care!

Best car rental company hands down.
This was my first time using this particular National location. We got to the counter upon landing. If you have status, there’s nothing special as far as a quick way to be served here, you’ll have to wait in a potentially long line. I am top tier with National, but fortunately I got in line as soon as I landed, while waiting for my luggage to come. But while being taken care of, I looked back and the line was very long.
